Returns Policy:

If you are not completely happy with the products you have purchased, please inform Incantation within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number. No returns can be accepted without a RAN. We are happy to make a refund or exchange, providing the products are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. The delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or are damaged in transit, we will replace or refund in full including postage upon return of the damaged item. Your statutory rights are not affected. Where you exercise the right to cancel an order, Incantation will make a full refund within 30 days of cancellation.
